Downtown Crawfish Jam Music Festival is on April 18th, 2026

Downtown Crawfish Jam Music Festival is located at Walthall Park in the Hattiesburg Historic Neighborhood (600 Walnut Street)

Gates open at 10:30 am with music & crawfish starting at 11am

Pets are NOT Allowed in the park.  Our liability insurance does not allow it for this event.

Bring your chairs, blankets, sun screen, friends, kids, parents, and appetite! DO NOT BRING your tents, coolers, or bad attitudes.

It is all you can eat crawfish, burgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, and beer (with adult ticket and proper ID)  AS LONG AS YOU ARE IN THE PARK.  You can't take food out of the park.    Handing food over the fence to people outside the park will also earn you an escort out of the event

As long as you have your wristband on, you can come an go all day long. 

This event is a RAIN OR SHINE event.  Tickets are not refundable due to weather unless we cancel the event entirely. (Which has never happened).

If you purchased your ticket on-line, no worries, we have a list.  If you bought a hard ticket at one of the ticket outlets, Keep looking for it.  

That is your prerogative, but the ticket price is the same. 

Yes!! If you don't want to drink beer, buy the JR Ticket.  However, If we catch you bumming free beers from your friends, we will politely escort you out of the park.  

Please see the parking page for more details, but here are some highlights.

• Don't park in the parking lot next to the Walthall- one particular resident will try to tow you.    
• Please be respectful of Sacred Heart church and don't park in the Walnut st lot, as they are having a retreat that day.  
• If you park on the street, please do not block drive ways and PLEASE do not crowd the intersections and roundabouts. 
• If you see NO PARKING SIGNS IN A ROW- that means don't park between them.
• We do not have handicapped parking.  
• You can drop off your mobility challenged friends at the main gate and go park.  We also offer shuttle service courtesy of Grove Transit (see parking page for details)
